A Day to Listen: Amplifying Indigenous Voices

In honour of National Indigenous History Month, Bell Media, Corus Entertainment Inc., Rogers Sports & Media, Stingray Radio, and several other media outlets will join together to broadcast Indigenous voices in an effort to listen to and learn from them. This project, called A Day To Listen, is happening in partnership with the Gord Downie & Chanie Wenjack Fund.

A Day To Listen and will take place from 6am - 6pm local time on Wednesday, June 30. You can tune in by turning on your radio. In the Windsor-Essex region the following stations will be participating:

88.7 CIMX - FM

92.7 CJWF - FM

93.9 CIDR - FM

95.9 CJWF - FM

96.7 CHYR - FM

AM580 CKWW

AM 800 CKLW

For 12 hours the stations will be broadcasting stories and music from Indigenous leaders, residential school survivors, elders, musicians, and teachers throughout the day. We know what we, here at DC Automotive Tooling Inc, be listening to on the 30th!
